Stephanie Mondello is a successful major market program director, consultant, content creator, and website designer. During her 20 plus years in the industry, she’s demonstrated a winning track record in creating compelling programming, promotions, and marketing campaigns. Stephanie’s programming has been heard throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Japan, South America and South Africa. Her vast experience includes successful tenures at multi-media companies including, ABC, CBS, and DMX MUSIC.

While at DMX MUSIC, she served as the Director of Programming and received two Top Performer awards and programmed dozens of music branding programs for businesses, satellite radio broadcast, and the airlines. In addition, she’s also produced, written, and programmed original programs and specials. She’s also interviewed many celebrity artists.

When Stephanie programmed ABC owned KLOS, Los Angeles; the competition never penetrated her market dominance and high ratings. Stephanie was also involved in the early development of the very successful Mark and Brian Show. Besides Mark and Brian; she’s worked with some of the most high profile talent in the country, including first MTV VJ, JJ Jackson, Dave Koz, Valentine, and Danny Bonaduce, among others.

Stephanie also served as the Asst. Program Director/ Music Director at cross-town CBS owned KTWV - The Wave. While at The Wave; the station reached their most profitable ratings in years. In addition, she provided the music for startup blu102.9 in Santa Fe, New Mexico and programmed and consulted KEYI in Austin, Texas.
