Stephanie Mondello is a major multi-media expert in the areas of web and graphic design, branding, marketing, promotions, executive producing, script writing, copywriting, artist/talent development, programming and production, plus social media integration.
She began her broadcasting career with ABC owned Los Angeles radio station KLOS where she held several programming posts, including Music Director and Acting Program Director. In time, she was recruited to create, consult and program KEYI in Austin, Texas and provided the music for start-up blu102.9 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She also spent nine years at Los Angeles based satellite radio company DMX MUSIC as the Director of Programming creating dozens of contemporary and classic music formats for retail businesses, homes, Internet radio, and the airlines. She also held the position of Assistant Program Director and Music Director for CBS owned Los Angeles station KTWV – The Wave. Her programming has been heard throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Japan, South America, and South Africa.
When Stephanie programmed KLOS, she directing all key decisions and overall revenue and ratings strategies. The station reached the #1 position in all target demos; defeating all competing stations.
Stephanie's worked with some of the most high profile radio talent in the country, including Dave Koz, Valentine, JJ Jackson, Danny Bonaduce and Mark and Brian at KLOS. She created the idea for one of Mark and Brian’s most successful marketing campaigns that was copied by dozens of radio stations across the country.
During her tenure at DMX MUSIC, she received two “Top Performer” awards. In addition, she also produced and wrote award winning programs and specials. In 2002, she created the concept and content for the "Chorus for a Cure" Show in partnership with the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation to raise awareness for breast cancer research. This program was broadcast nationally and also aired on American Airlines and nominated for a prestigious Avion award.
With the advent of newer communication technologies, Stephanie took it upon herself to sharpen her skills into website and graphic design with the added benefit of working in multi-media simultaneously. In addition to her music expertise, she's created websites and correspondence for select industry professionals and she's created graphic campaigns for music artists.
